Always pitiful download speed

I have been paying for the 200mb for about a year now and I'm seriously thinking about ripping the while thing out. My download speeds vary for 10mb/s up to best 70mb/s and that's through a wired connection. I've talked to virgin numerous times and they say all is showing fine there end. Wouldn't mind if it was cheap for this service and the fact my bill constantly is being increased this has gone beyond a joke!

Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.

Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.100.1
Don't log in, click the Router Status button in the top right of the screen.
Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.

Don't worry about the formatting.
