As you can see the power levels are constantly changing sometimes I even lose 1 of the downstream channels and it just says not locked :/

Hi tommey,

 

Thanks for posting and apologies for the intermittent speed issues, I'm hoping these have settled down as checking your cable all looks to be in good health with the only issue the fairly wide spread in downstream power levels.

 

If you're still having any problem drop us a quick update along with the Hubs network logs so we can give these a quick check over and we'll gladly investigate further.

yeah looking over your signal levels, your SNR is too low on the highlighted, and having all those Pre-rS errors, can you post the network log..does it show any faults via -> https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status

Thanks for the update, though sorry to see that your connection problems remain ongoing, as I can't see any wider networks issues to explain the fluctuating SNR and climbing post RS errors then we'll to arrange for an engineer visit to investigate this locally with you.

Hi thanks for the pm however I cannot see how or why I should take a day off work and lose around £100 to wait in for an engineer, surely this issue is elsewhere not at my property, would you not be able to remotely access my superhub to do any checks you need to do?

could be issue with cable into your property, so need somebody in to allow them access, or could be consider trespassing.. they could check the box first (cabinet), but then would need to book another engineer to visit your house etc.. so best to check it all in 1 go.
