ATTN tech people: Slow Pings and Packet Loss

Been getting web pages load very slowly, not as awful as www.LTA.org.uk which is pretty vile on a good day, but now. It like using a dial up modem to load a movie. But the pings are exceptionally high, which would explain why playing games lately have been disconnecting.

It takes up to a week for VM to respond on these forums. If you are in a hurry it would be best to use the phone.

Otherwise if you can post your power levels and logs it would be a start in diagnosing.

Thanks for getting in touch to let is know about your issues with slow pings and packet loss, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested the connection form here and I can see that your Hubs logs show some T3 time outs inside, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate this further for you.
