I GET 150MBS DOWNLOAD AT 5AM WHEN UP FOR WORK BUT OF A EVENING LUCKY TO GET OVER 10MBS,I AM SUPPOSED TO BE ON VIVID200 OPTICAL FIBRE,VIRGIN SAYING WILL BE SORTED BY 7-12-2016,I DOUBT THIS VERY MUCH AS WAS TOLD WORK BEING CARRIED OUT ON 17-11-2016 AND TO ME ITS MADE NO DIFFERENCE,SO IF THIS ISNT RECTIFIED WHERE DO I STAND ON CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT SO CAN MOVE SUPPLIER.??
