Hi Ryan89m,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your speed.

I'd like to look into this but I can't seem to locate your account. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can grab some details.

Speak soon Smiley Very Happy

Josh

Re: 50mbps on vivid gamers 200mb, upload speed 20mbps

Hi Ryan89m,

Thanks for your messages to josh.

We're really sorry to hear that the slow speeds are back Smiley Sad

I've run some checks on the line and everything is looking good from here. All levels and signals are where they should be and the fact that you're getting a decent wifi speed means the correct speeds are reaching the hub.

If you can connect the hub to a PC / Laptop and run a speed test in Modem Mode. Do you get the same slow speeds or are these improved?

Double check to ensure you are also using a Gigabit LAN card in the PC that you are checking the speed with. The ethernet cable also needs to be a CAT 5e or above.

Come back here and let us know how the testing goes.

Thanks,
