Amazing I just lost ~60gbp in a tournament/match because I lost connection. When I called VM somehow magically they were able to fix it. This is so stupid, how can you resolve an issue by "boosting the line"? I booked in the technician as well and apparently they'll provide me with a credit but it's honestly so irritating. How can these issues keep happening all the time!? I've had your services for over 7 years now, I'm literally paying above 45gbp every single month for broadband and I am the only person in the household who uses the internet. This is plain stupid. The only issue with my moaning/complaining is that there are no better alternatives - VM is currently the best despite these ongoing issues.
Lastly - why do these forums even exist? Do moderators not get paid at all or what? I used to get some PMs from mods who would look into those issues/provide a credit yet these days no one responds or says anything. Is VM becoming yet another one of those greedy corporate companies who no longer care about their customers and they only see the $ signs?
I've literally spent thousands of pounds on you VM yet I get such service. Despicable.
the forum team are dealing with a bit of backlog current reply time is around 5+ days, since they answer oldest first, the "boosting the line" doesn't really exist just a fancy way of refresh the connection, similar to reboot of hub

You might find that your Virgin Broadband, Virgin TV or TiVo® interactive services are a bit slow at certain times of the day because of this.
