Just a typical day at home... Get back from work at 6pm and enjoy this speed (WITHOUT ANYONE ELSE CONNECTED TO IT). When I say without anyone else - I mean that I am literally the only person connected to my Internet.
VM the issue is back yet again can you please provide an ETA on this? This issue has been continuously ongoing for the last few days - the connection suddenly becomes extremely slow at around 6-9pm. No one else in my entire household is even using the Internet and I am literally the only one connected to it so the issue is most definitely on your end as it has been in the past.
The fact that you've put up with their **bleep** for this long is miraculous. If you have a look around these forums you'll realise that VM are the worst internet provider at providing a consistent reliable connection. Secondly as your post is over 2 weeks old, your post is invisible so the mongrels and you need to make a new thread and wait a minimum of 2 weeks for a response.
My advice: leave and save yourself some money, go to BT/Sky where they provide their services via the landline which is an established infrastructure compared to the over utilised removed copper cabling provided by Virgin.
Most of the time VM is perfectly fine but there are moments when it's absolutely terrible. For example right now I can hardly do anything and no one else is connected to my broadband other than myself. I am not even downloading anything, just watching a stream online. Normally I get credit for this kind of non sense and what irritates me the most is that VM keeps increasing the prices every single year, maybe even multiple times a year.
And it's still **bleep** slow. I can't wait for these amazing inbox messages/responses apologizing for this, I mean that apology really gives me that sense of satisfaction and immediately resolves the issues.
