Hi I'm on the optical fibre 38.70 per month; th3 price is starting to impact on family life. Nobody is home to watch tv and have mobiles on other networks. At first the speed was a big incentive, many rooms were unable to get a decent reception so o bought plugs from virgin media they still only gradually increased speed. I only live in a flat. There is loads of wireless traffic locally. But hard working to the laptop seems silly as every large download the owner wants more money for speed.
Can virgin offer me any direction; I can't afford to pay for this service which is no better than my parents package which comes with tv/phone/mobile.
