Sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband speeds.
I've taken a look at your connection and there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F003571613 and with a review date of 14th December.
As this will impact your connection during peak hours and I can see from your speed test result, that was completed outside these hours. Were you testing through a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try through wired please to see if the speeds differ?
