Hi I could do with some help, I upgraded today. Not really out of choice. I was paying more than it costs for the 300mb so thought, why not?
Anyways, My speeds are terrible. I was getting 240mb equivalent with the sh2 ac on 200mb. Now I've got the sh3 and my speeds are at their lowest, 24mbps down and at best 160mbps. If I ping anything its taking anywhere from 20ms to 90ms. Up was fine, I was getting around 23mbps however now its settled at 11mbps (again worse than I had originally). I've tried both hardwired and wireless. If I connect to the hub wirelessly the speeds are beyond a joke.
I have checked with wifi analyser and there's no one on the same channels. Besides, as I have said before I've tried it hardwired.
I phoned VM and personally I think they're fobbing me off. Both staff members at different times, said they wont upgrade to the sh3 for love nor money. First guy was going to swap back to the sh2 ac but the system wouldn't allow him to do it so in the end his only suggestion was downgrading.
Second call, the lady I spoke to said she won't upgrade because of so many issues with the sh3 then told me not to worry as my speeds would level out later LOL!
Last time I upgraded I had months of issues before VM finally admitted there was a problem and eventually it was resolved. I really cannot be bothered going through all that again, can someone confirm that VM are no longer allowing people with the sh2 ac to have the same package?? Will this resolve itself? Is there anything I can do?

How can any company get away with such long fix times is beyond me and I myself would never treat my customers in such a poor way.
CMTS card upgrades completed 7th April 2017 old was Cadant now Cisco Upgraded to 20 downstream channels completed 18th October 2016 Upgraded to 16 downstream channels August 2016 (From 8) F004332353 High Utilisation closed on August 1st 2016 - Fault reference F003508309 ticket was closed in ERROR!!!!!! -
