Not here for a moan just after some technical guidance. As the subject suggests I am currently only receiving on average 20mb on a 200mb service. I have been running speed tests both wired and wireless and it never seems to peak above 20mb.

My apologies you are not achieving the up to 200 Mbps broadband speeds.
I've run some tests on your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. The network segment is running stable and healthy.
Are you able to complete speed tests whilst the Hub is in modem mode please? This will eliminate other devices connected. When using speedtest.net, make sure that the default server is selected and try to post a link/screenshot with the results please.
