Joined Virgin, 41 days to connect, got connected, ran speed test 10 x, 2/10 tests showed connection speed average 20 mps, some days 217mbps, yesterday 7 mbps!! Told by technician that fault in area 2 years old, supposed to be repaired on 1st Feb, if not repaired then then expect to wait another year! Need high speed for work, still in cool off period, GOODBYE VIRGIN !

From checking your connection, I can see the high peak time traffic fault in your area that you mentioned which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F003912694 and has a review date of 15th February.
Do you notice the difference in speeds just during peak hours or can it be at any time of the day?
