Eye catching title but let me preface by saying it's not always that bad...
I have 200mbps package and when it works, it's great. I can get over 150mbps on my phone via wifi no problems. Then, minutes later everything will seemingly take longer to do or an app won't load properly. If I run Speedtest at that point what normally happens is it doesn't complete because the upload test fails, but the download speed will be <4mbps and as low as 0.36!
This seems crazy to me. 20 minutes later I might be back above 100mbps so it doesn't seem to be related to peak times and constantly being slow, just intermittent.
If those are the power levels when it slowed down, it's not that as they are all within spec'. Check the coax cables are finger tight as they can work loose. The only other thing I can suggest is try a wired connection with the Hub in modem mode and see what happens.
Sorry to hear about the connection trouble you're having. I've performed network checks from our end and right now everything is normal. I can see the peak time traffic does increase, but it's not currently exceeding thresholds, we can keep an eye on this though.
Please excuse me if I'm asking you to repeat tests you've already done, but what results do you get if you're in modem mode?

"not currently exceeding thresholds" hahahaha.. Please tell us Heather what his internet will be like when it does exceed your thresholds.... Yep that right! months and even years of unusable internet with worthless review dates and pointless fault codes you cannot lookup.
