Still no luck with this issue, I think I will call an engineer out. Such a pain in the ass as the Internet was working fine for well over a year.
I also have these error messages in the log for what's it worth:

Terrible. You keep saying that everything looks fine!
I made a phone call and the fault should be logged now?
Your colleague said the fibre cables may have a fault and a team of experts would need to come to my area.
Can you check the fault has been logged etc?

Also to add there are two fault logs in my hub, one is a synconisation failure and another I forget, but I posted them earlier.
There is definitely noise interference with your feed somewhere along the line.

Hi
The engineer came and replace the hub 3.
He did a speed test on his phone and showed me 250mb, so I was all happy, however I have just run a speed test and I'm getting only 20mb. Same speed test app as well. Very strange.
Engineer told me to contact him direct after a week to let him know of any issues.
I will do that..

Update
I have checked my phone on another network and I'm getting 300mbps so it's not my phone
. I have removed all my gadgets so just my phone on 5g but still 20mb. Last night I switched the channel to manual on 36,and behold I'm getting over 250mbps. Then today it's gone again back to 20mbps. I think this is a software fault with the hub 3. Could be a qos issue, but the hub 3 is showing an allocation of 1300mbps to my phone? My phone was fast as lightning browsing the net, its now slow, I'm getting a better speed from mobile net!
I'm just switched back the channel but this has no effect either (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't), taken out the Ethernet cable. No luck.
Maybe you can advise when a software update will be available to iron out these bugs?

Update.
Same thing seems to be happening once I wait a day and switch back to manual channel the speed increases then overnight back to square one.
This Is Almost certainly a software fault with the hub.
I have told the tech the same thing.
