My package says I should be getting 200Mbps, but when I check on the Speedtest app I'm getting 1/2 that.
Is this common and can it be checked?

I'm sorry to read that you are not achieving the up to 200 Mbps broadband speeds.
You mentioned you completed the speed test on the app, was this through a phone or tablet?
If you can try through wired please, that will be helpful? On the laptop/PC you are testing with check to see if the LAN card is showing as a gigabit and the Ethernet cable is a Cat 5 e or above.
I checked your connection for any issues, the line and hub have come back as fine.
