I'm sorry to read that you are not achieving the up to 200 Mbps broadband speeds.
Looking at your connection, the upstream power levels are too high and for this I would like to arrange for an engineer appointment to check this for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details.
In the meantime have you tried a speed test through a wired connection? If so was there any difference?
