Why are Virgin sending me emails (three of them so far) telling me that I'm upgraded from 150 to 200 ???
I've been on 200MB - and very happy with it - for well over year, since it was first announced here in Bristol.
Are the email monkeys idiots or do they just not know what they're doing ???

I can only assume this is because all your area has now been boosted so mails are being sent to everyone on a boosted tier.
If you happen to get anymore of these, please ignore them.
