I have logged into My VM account to see where my 200MB upgrade it and it said I needed to order it. I already have the superhub with 152MB but the online portal said I needed to book an engineer and it will take 2 hours. I have booked it but I am confused. I have the Superhub but why the need to a 2 hour engineer appointment. If I need a new modem could they not just send me one?
