Turning to this forum after 3 months of issues and no joy from customer support who keep telling me they've fixed my issue or it will be fixed in June. Daytime is fine with 50mb/s dl speed but come 6:30pm and we get less than 1 and 2 mb/s making streaming tv impossible. Anyone else in area 31 experiencing issues?
Really sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing. I've checked this and I can see the speed reduction is caused by a fault in your area under ref: F003980990 which is due for review on the 7th June. Please note this is a review date, when we can expect the fault ticket to be updated to inform us of the latest progress and status.
