1Mbs from 152Mbs connection - you should be ashamed of yourselves

1Mbs from my 152Mbs connection... VM you should be ashamed of yourselves. i suspect the review next week will come and ago and bugger all will be done. serious less than 1Mbs.... what is that 0.6% of the advertised speed.

Turns out the "fix" date next week on the 8th has already been pushed back to April the 26th.
So over 2 months of having to put up with 0.6% of what we are charged for...

it really is day light robbery.

Cant even muster a whole 1Mbs from my 152Mb line... and we are now on our third review date ?

the performance of the product is still utterly **bleep**.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

 

I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault in your area (F004332018), our engineers are still working on this to improve bandwidth and the review date is still showing as 26th April. As this is a review date it can be subject to change.

 

I can imagine how frustrating this can be considering the delay and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I'm not sure what the intent of your post is ?
the "review date" mechanism is nothing more than a smoke screen to avoid dealing with the issues that plague the VM network.
this particular review date is already been ongoing for 6 months with little hope of anything being fixed.

apparently we are getting a "speed boost" some time sooner or later.
how are VM going to service all this additional bandwidth when they cant service the current offering is going to be via some sort of magic ?
