17mb instead of 100mb broadband :(

Not pleased at all paying £46 a month for this Smiley Sad my wife cant even watch a video without it buffering this has been going on for weeks now.

Also the wifi signal keeps dropping on my superhub 3 and tbh its garbage compared to the original superhub its just no where near as stable.

Why cant it just be fixed properly instead of this happening every year.

one very unhappy family as we are all internet users and gamers this is just not on Smiley Sad

couldn't even watch Netflix without  the program buffering constantly Smiley Sad

still unacceptable how are 4 people supposed to do anything with those speeds Smiley Sad get ready for a night of buffering Smiley Mad

Really sorry to see that you're experiencing slow speeds, I completely understand how frustrating this can be.

 

I can see you're currently affected by fault: F004199470 which is due for review on the 5th April. While this is on-going your peak time speeds will be reduced.

 

I know this isn't the best news, please accept my apologies and let me know if you have another questions.
