Just a couple of questions regarding virgin speed boosting my service... I've been upgraded to 150Mbs.
Today i had constant disconnections and kids have been complianing about disconnects for past few days on xbox one. I phoned VM and so far so good the issue seems to have improved/fixed.
I then done some speed tests. on broadband speed checker.
These are the results 247ms ping 57.07 Mb/s down 11.34 Mb/s up
Are the above speed results what i should expect from 150mbs speed?
I have the Super Hub 2ac do I need new hardware to recieve 150mbs download speed?
Thanks for any help
only my laptop connected on wifi when test run and anti virus off

I went into device manage and under network adapters Broadcom 802.11n network adapter & also TAP-windows adapter v9
does this help?
60Mbps is a decent speed for wireless n. You could try to buy a USB wireless ac dongle for your laptop.
I use one of these on my PC and can download at the full 200Mbps (When utilisation allows!).
I also checked some other devices the xbox box one gives me download 60.06 Mbs upload 10.00 Mbs latency 162ms Wireless strenght 100%.
I started to think it was my wifi on laptop but these are the speeds im getting. looking at so of the other complaints on here i'm not do too bad. But i'd still like to know if i can improve speeds.
