Have been experiencing problems all week with internet dropping and apps freezing. Finally realised after a speed test that I am only getting around 10-20Mb of 120Mb (that's on all my devices so it's not my PC)
Followed all the Virgin checks but no change. Tried calling and sat listening to music for 10 mins only to be cut off before I spoke to a human.
Can someone please call me back or let me know here why my service is so poor and when I can expect to be back at 120Mb. I work from home and 100% rely on your service and being cut off from clients mid conference is unacceptable.

When I checked your connection, I noticed that the Modem SNR (signal to noise ratio) is running low and I would like to book an engineer to check this for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
