Re: 10pm system drop off.

Its not a system reset, its just the peak of peak time speeds.

Re: 10pm system drop off.

Just posted a screenshot of my typical vivid 200 speeds, brilliant in the day appalling in the evening. Spoke to customer service twice and haven't come close to solving the problem. Any suggestions?

Re: 10pm system drop off.

Can you also do wired speed tests?

While that certainly looks like it could be peak time contention, it could also just be peak time wireless interference.

Neither of which VM can do anything about any time soon. If it's contention it's going to take 1-2 years for a fix (usually). If it's wireless interference, then it's just the limitations of wireless.

Re: 10pm system drop off.

Hi F145hes,

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your speeds dropping around 10PM. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see that there's a lot of time outs inside the Hubs logs, an engineer will be required to attend in order to resolve this for you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll ensure this all gets booked and secured for you.

Take care,

Thanks,

Adam.
