Been told for months now that there's a speed issue in my area (02) yet my 100Mbs tonight is downloading at 5Mbs, Think its time to move on as its been ongoing now for over a year.

From checking your connection, I can see a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F004295668 and has a review date of 6th September.
