WIFI - Cable - all the same - speed between 1-5 Mbps

Don't know what is going on - But I'm not going to tolerate this awful service !

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

 

My apologies you are experiencing slow broadband speeds. I know how frustrating this can be.

 

From checking your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F004576821 and has a review date of 29th March.

 

Do you notice these speeds at all times of the day or just during peak hours?

Are you testing through a wired or wireless connection?
