Hello, I have been having problems with speed during peak hours since having my internet installed in December. I get around 10-15mb of my 100mb tariff. Virgin media have told me that it is a utilisation issue but no mention of a fix time they just said phone back next month if it's still the same, is it just an issue that will never be fixed ?
