I have the vivid 200mb package and I'm only receiving around 50MB down and literally 0 up with about a 56 ping. I'm not very tech minded when it comes to this sort of stuff. It's the gamer package btw with the super hub 3 and speeds are very important to me. I've tried to reset my router plenty of times and even reset it via online.
