120% phishing email.

The links go to dodgy websites, just mouse over them to see that.

Never click any links in such emails which out of the blue about billing or payments. Moreover, if you are ever unsure about your paypal, go to paypal.co.uk directly by typing that into the address bar and check your accounts activity. Never use the links in an email that came out of the blue about money or accounts, etc.

CERTAINLY!

The way it is written - worded - and layout is in itself totally amateurish!

No details given about to whom or for what but they have managed to 'find' your email address!!!

'They' may as well head it:  *Send me £50!*
