Virginmedia.com Homepage Authentication Required

Hi

When I try to go to the virginmedia.com homepage I'm getting the attached password request screen pop up I suspect it is possibly an issue with the web site and not my PC.

This message is only occurring on the Virgin Media web site. So far I have tried alternate browsers and I get the same message, I have also scanned my PC with Malware Bytes and my Antivirus and neither seem to have found any issues.

Re: Virginmedia.com Homepage Authentication Required

Looks like someone at VM accidentally enabled HTTP basic auth in Apache Sling...

It's fixed now, but if it happens again, ping virginmedia.com and see what IP it resolves to.
