email account any more.Usually, when we disconnect a customer's broadband service, we leave it 3 days before we cancel our Virgin Media email service,

so there is time to re-update your email address.
It looks like we haven't disconnected your email account yet. So, to help us make sure our records are up to date.

When are your email team going to do something to stop these emails getting through! If Google managed to stop them surely your guys can find a way to do it as well!
