Security

I have checked my credit score and on my report I have a virgin media account which I haven't had but I can't contact virgin over the phone because I have no account number to type into the automatid service over the phone what do I do? I have emailed virgin and got a stupid email back giving me links

Just ignore the part where it asks for an account, just keep waiting and you'll get through to the menu, the issue is, if you don't have an account number they aren't going to be able to speak to you about the account if you can't pass the DPA checks

Contact the credit agency directly and raise a dispute with them.

If other credit agencies are involved contact them for information on procedures for raising a dispute.
