I just phoned 150 Virgin support and in the process was prompted to say what the first, third and fourth number of my security code was.
Suffice as to say I got in wrong? when I asked the person on the phone if they could change it for me - they said that you have to do it yourself on the Virgin website.
Can anyone point me to the page on the website where you can do this - I have looked high and low and can't find it.
Hope this is clear and someone out there can help.....
When you call you have to give your memorable word, this afaik can only be changed by customer services by calling as the option is not available via your online account.
Welcome to our forum, I am sorry but I think Doctor9fan is correct, it is something that only customer services can do. Apologies if you were told different, please give us another call as we would need to pass some Data Protection Checks first.
