Hello, I have no idea where to post this. Last month I got a new phone and number. However I been receiving texts saying I haven't paid for virgin media services. This is slightly confusing since I do not have any account with virgin media at all. I have EE contract and have a free view tv since I am a student. Today I received a email saying I have paid. Now I am going the bank on Monday since due to my disability I struggle with being on telephone. This is why I am posting on this chat. If any one knows what is going on be most grateful.
