Receiving another person's bill

I am receiving another person's account details, bills, etc. I am not a customer of your company and live in Brasil. I have tried numerous times to get you guys to stop sending these emails to me but nothing works. The customer just keeps creating new variations of my email address to use and while it's interesting to read how much this guy spends it is becoming a bit tedious now. What can be done about this?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are getting bills from an account that isn't yours. 

 

I'm more than happy to chase this up. Can you pop me a private message with the email address you are receiving the mails too. I will get this removed from our system to ensure it's no longer linked.

Thanks for coming back to me via private message with your email address.

 

I've gone in to the account that has this email associated it with and removed it. This should stop the emails as the address is no longer on there.
