Netalyzr results

Hi There,

How do I raise a ticket to VM so that I can attach screen dumps of my Netalyzr results so that I can show them 'exactly' whats wrong with their DNS server and resolving issues, packet losses from server to me etc etc?

I will dood just awaiting the issue being fixed as per explained here: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-wireless/Gamer-package-broadband/td-p/3320047

Plus I need to change my DNS back to virgins also to run the test in order to get accurate results
