Malware letter from Virgin

I just had a letter stating that there is malware on one of my devices called Zeus and suggesting I use F-Secure SAFE internet security clean up tool to get rid of it. I already have McAfee installed - is this sufficient to detect a virus? Should I just perform a scan and hope McAfee will deal with it? I'm sorry but I'm not very tech minded so not sure what to do. I also have a Hudl 2 which has stopped working - could it be that the problem is on there which is why I can't seem to get it going again? I would be grateful for any help. Thank you

Re: Malware letter from Virgin

It's always wise to use the belt and braces, McAfee is quite good at detecting malware, but you could also run a scan with  https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

Re: Malware letter from Virgin

This letter is SCAM SPAM complete with terminological inexactitudes to try and take money from a gullible public. It should be ignored.
