Hub letter

Hi all

I have received a letter, from Virgin, saying that if I do not upgrade to the Hub 3.0 by the 30th April, my broadband will stop working. It also stated they (Virgin) had tried to contact me before about this. I have received no post, calls or emails prior to this letter. Is this a scam or something else? Some advice please and thank you in advance.

It's not a scam. The letter is what it says it is.

Not sure why you haven't had the previous communications, but if you don't swap you kit to the Hub then your service will stop.
