F security

Disappointed that this was recommended by Virgin to replace the free service we originally had. It is costing more and more every year and it is impossible to get through to help line so service is obviously deteriorating..Looking for alternatives before renewal time

Re: F security

There are plenty of free AV products available, see here for a few suggestions: http://uk.pcmag.com/antivirus-reviews/142/guide/the-best-free-antivirus-protection-of-2017

Before you make a choice, ensure you fully read the T's & C's for your selection.

If you're not paying for it then you may be the product, by accepting that some of your information may be passed to "associated companies" or having to accept in-app advertising for example.

You may feel it's worth buying a priced product to remove these possibilities, and others. (Fully priced AV products are also available.)

If you are changing to a different AV solution remember to fully uninstall your existing product. Uninstallers for most popular AV programs can be found here: http://support.eset.com/kb146/?page=content&id=SOLN146
