F-secure Safe

Will downloading the Virgin F-secure Safe security package disrupt or work with the Norton security I already have installed (and paid for using during the next 6 months).

Re: F-secure Safe

Using two different AV solutions at the same time is likely to cause conflicts and possible file corruptions.

Always fully uninstall one product before installing another.

As Sololobo states, in short, 100% yes.

Use this removal tool => https://support.norton.com/sp/en/uk/home/current/solutions/v60392881_EndUserProfile_en_us once you are ready and use this process

1. Download the tool and make sure you also have your new AV .exe ready to use
2. Install and check it is the latest version
3. DISCONNECT from the internet (wireless and/or wired)
4. Remove Norton
5. Install new AV
6. Reconnect and update AV
7. Run a FULL scan
8. Happy and safe surfing

It is the official removal tool and has been verified safe.
