upgrade to hub 3.0

Why do I get letters from VM asking me to upgrade for free, but when I follow instructions I can't find a free way of doing it. Am I stupid?

Thanks for that, I wonder why I couldn't access that from my account, particularly as they have been on at me since Christmas to upgrade. Every time I tried I finished up being pressured to buy increased packages. So far everything seems OK all I need is for the rest to work out. Thanks again for your help.
