tracking details???

I upgraded my package last Thursday to include TV, and was told my order was being delivered today.
I got a text last night from virgin to say my delivery would be made today.
My account says my new package starts from today.
I didn't worry that my order tracking page had no tracking number, I believed it when it said delivery would be made today.
I took today off work to wait for my package - it didn't arrive. !!
I have wasted a day off work, and can't chase the order with yodel- anyone have same problems!!!
