Re: timeouts - power levels on vivid 100

Your power levels and SNR are fine.

The hub communicates with VM's servers every 30s, passing on technical info. so the odd T3 every now and then should not make any difference to the performance to your internet connection. A clutch of T3 errors in a short space of time would indicate a possible impairment.

How is your internet performing on a wired connection to the Hub?

Thanks for replying. Connection is good wired/wireless all the time. Was looking at the logs as I never had the chance since installation. Finger crossed it will stay like this. Getting over 100 all the time

Don't bother replying seems like it's not the best source of support here. I'll seek help through different channels. Good think Im still in time to cancel service

Re: timeouts - power levels on vivid 100

Hey kannanni,

Thanks for posting Smiley Happy

Sorry I didn't get here sooner, we're very busy at the moment and can take a few days to reply.

I've checked your connection and I can see the time-outs are stacking up. I'd like to arrange for an engineer to call around to look into this further.

I'll drop you a PM (purple envelope, top right) to arrange a visit.

Take care.
