router failing

Hi,

SuperHub (VMDG480)

Intermittently loses connection, connection then sometimes spontaneously restored, or else can require a reboot to restore.

Now (last night at least) seems to have performed a "restore factory settings" on itself - clearing IP reservations and Wifi details back to default.

(Oh and DNS resolution seems slow!)

Any help much appreciated.

thanks,

Lance

These cycles of failure have the effect of clearing the log, so here is this morning's log:

Re: router failing

Evening ljkneeshaw,

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

Sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection.

It does sound like the Super Hub is faulty considering it is resetting itself back to default settings. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with further information in regards to this.

Hope to hear from you soon

Sam
