package question

Is it possible to downgrade my package to receive only broadband and tv,I am not using the phone at all and wish to save some money each month

If you remove the phone line you also remove the discount attached to the rest of your package (you will only save about £5 a month). If you are on one of the Big Bundles you may save even less, as the phone line is integral to the package & cannot be dropped without a new contract for the remaining services.

I downgraded everything yesterday to basic tv and internet,and still find the amount pricey everything will take 30 days to complete inwas told

I downgraded to only broadband. New 12 month contract , but that suits me
