Completely lost internet + TV on Monday. Called support, they tried to run some diagnostics/reboots remotely but without success. Engineer coming on Monday.. Anything I can possible do myself to attempt to fix this?
Only thing you can do is to check it repeatedly in case they have found a fix elsewhere
