Please either take a screen shot (not a photo) or copy and paste the stats here.

Thanks for letting me know about this jonathanlouis,

 

Sorry to hear about the fault experienced.

 

It is difficult to view the hub readings via the image presented. It may be worth following the advice of Tidus for us to capture a clearer understanding regarding the hub performance.

 

Having had a look at your equipment levels from this end, I am unable to detect any obvious causes for a poor connection.

 

I'll be more than happy to investigate this further for you should you have further readings for me to view.
