My wifi has been really bad the last few months all my devices keep constantly disconnecting i have tried to reset the hub but nothing has helped , it also seems my son has had problems with it aswell and he uses the wire .
Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your issues with your broadband disconnecting, I apologise for any troubles incurred.
I have tested things from here and I noticed a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs and an engineer will need to attend in order to investigate this for you.

I've had a look into this for you and I'm unable to detect any fault either via the equipment levels or network segment at the moment.
