Have you tried the 'Check Service Status' top right of this page to see whether there is a known fault affecting your post code area?  Also if you have VM phone you can dial 150 option 1 and see if there is a recorded message about any faults.

I have tested things from here and your Hub seemed to go offline whilst I was testing it, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and carry out some further investigations for you.
