i Pad

Can somebody please help me?  Although I am receiving my virgin.net emails on my iPad I can't send them.  What settings do I need?

The settings may be found here Email Settings for all Virgin Media domains

 

Please bear in mind that sometimes the SMTP settings on Apple can be a little fiddly, we have an excellent post here that explains more Ipad/Iphone SMTP why deleting and recreating an account DOESN'T fix it.

 

If you need any help please just ask we are a knowledgeable community...... most of the time Smiley Tongue

Many thanks Nicola.  

I sorted it.  After a lot of contact with others on the forum it was clear that this had happened because I had recently changed my password as instructed by Virgin!

Pleased you got it going in the end. We do genuinely have your interests as well as our own at heart when we send the password change requests, nobody would like others to have access the their mailbox just as we do like our platform reputation to fall for sending spam.
